I work since November 2008 inside the Verona office for MIZAR Automazione (SWARCO Group). At first I was in the System & Services department as a System Engineer and then, since 2010, I'm in the B2B | Urban Traffic Control Solutions | OMNIA department.

I worked from April 2007 in Gruppo RGI, Italy leader company focused on design and develop of IT products for insurance and bank companies. As a functional analyst I was able to capture, consolidate, and communicate the customer necessity to the JAVA development team.

I worked in Cinisello Balsamo by Etnoteam (today Value Team) company as external consultant by Siemens (today NSN) in CRD RA ST TPS UTRAN CH group. I was inserted in the Technical Product Support Call Processing: we gave worldwide support (also on-site if necessary) to Siemens customers for the 3rd generation mobile network (UMTS).

I worked by IFInet company in Verona, local company that give Networking, Network Security and System Integration services. I was inserted in the technical support group as Network Engineer Junior.

I worked by GlaxoSmithKline in Verona, a pharmaceutical company, born from the fusion of Glaxo Wellcome and SmithKline Beecham. I was inserted in the HelpDesk office to provide technical support to the national sellers.
